Frequently Asked Questions

What are the four Gospels?

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. They are the four New Testament accounts of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.

Which Gospel should I read first?

Mark is the shortest and moves fast. John is written so that readers would believe (John 20:31). Either is a good start.

What does “gospel” mean?

“Good news”: the message that God saves sinners through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Are these studies free?

Yes. Every study is free to read and to use with a group.

Which translation do you use?

The ESV. The NIV is also fine to use alongside it.
